wHy Eat Breakfast??

assalamualaikum....hye everyone...=)
why we need to eat breakfast?? why?? why??
today I want to share about the article that I read.. it's about eating healthy breakfast...
many people today do not like take breakfast..same to me too...I don't like to eat breakfast...
why we should take breakfast...
~ eating breakfast can make you lose your weight....
~ skipping breakfast is tied to being overweight..
~ skipping it makes it harder to meet your nutritional needs...
~ you will have more energy...
~ you're less likely to cheat on your diet...
~ you will feel smarter...







so, don't forget to take your healthy breakfast....=)
